Drying the dough to be cut into noodles for the chicken soup. My girls prefer homeade noodles to those in a bag and they aren't that hard to make! :)

I invested in 2 pasta racks and I LOVE them!! It makes it so much easier and takes up less room in the kitchen. Here are the ones I have.
