Busy busy bee's

Spring is in the air and taking off here at my little farm! I can't wait for the chicks to be in and the coop is coming along nicely! Today the farrier came to trim the horses hooves and you could tell they had spring fever! All 3 were antsy and not in any mood to be kept inside! The big man is shedding like mad and or course after a nice brush down had to find his way to a mud patch and roll in it. Oh well. Their blankets are clean and put up for next winter save a few minor repairs that are needed on two of them. The flower beds are 1/4 of the way done with spring clean out and I look to get more down this weekend in between tilling up the ground for the garden. I'm still deciding on weather to get a goat or a cow for next spring.. I hope spring is treating everyone well and I hope to be posting more as things quiet down here.
